Our Egyptologist, Aassem Yasin, standing by the unfinished obelisk in Karnak.  When Tien asked who people have said he resembles, he responded, "A dead pharaoh."  We really liked "Sam" and benefitted greatly from his knowledge.
Karnak is a vast, open-air museum, and was built over a period of 1700 years with many styles.  Above is the lion sphinx path leading into the temple complex.
Calendar?  Almanac?  Where is Sam when I need to know?!
